About Us

Fremont will soon have a new community and gathering space! Like many Seattle neighborhoods, Fremont is experiencing significant growth. This new patch of greenspace will help serve the increasing number of residents and workers in Fremont.

Owned by the P-Patch Trust (www.ppatchtrust.org), the property at NW 42nd street and Baker Avenue NW has a conservation easement to keep the land for community gardening and open space in perpetuity. Named after Hazel Hurlbert, the previous owner, Hazel Heights P-Patch has a legacy of gardening and is sure to be a beautiful new addition to the community. We are about $30,000 short of our budget goal for construction
